MODERN RESEARCH

The use of the methods developed by us for the exploration of the Earth has led us to the following applied research topics:

  • Studies on the immobilization of pollutants (geochemical barriers)
  • Concentration processes of metals (including platinum, niobium, tantalum, copper) and their importance for the formation of deposits
  • Synthesis methods of crystals, ceramics and glasses with new or specifically controlled characteristics
  • Detection and optimisation of the use of new materials
  • Absorption of inorganic nutrients by the human body
